  • Yes, most travelers require a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA), which is easy to apply for online. Citizens from some countries may also need a visitor visa. We can guide you through the process to ensure a smooth arrival.

  • New Zealand is beautiful year-round. For mild weather and outdoor activities, October to April is ideal. Summer (December–February) is warm and sunny, perfect for lakes, beaches, and alpine scenery. Spring and autumn offer fewer crowds and spectacular landscapes.

  • You’ll travel in one of our luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles, chosen to match your group size. Most guests travel in either a V-Class or a Sprinter. They’re modern, spacious, and ideal for taking in the scenery as you travel between regions. We keep our vehicles in excellent condition and equip them for both comfort and style, so getting from one beautiful place to the next is all part of the experience.

  • Absolutely. Every itinerary is individually tailored. We focus on your interests—whether it’s nature, culture, relaxation, wine, or gastronomy—and ensure your trip suits your mobility and preferences.

  • We suggest booking at least 6 to 12 months ahead, especially if you’re planning to visit between December and March. That’s peak season in New Zealand, and many of the lodges and experiences will book out.
